Drishti from the light within

The practice of Yoga is designed to help us, practitioners, to come back home, inside, “back to the centre”, to the source.

It makes us stronger and more flexible; "bodymindly" speaking.

If you ever took a yoga class then you know this feeling of harmony and peace, quietly you feel after you finish your practice, even if it lasts just for a few minutes. This is how the practice makes us tune in, restart, recycle, cleanse and flow. It is like cleaning the crystals of your glasses in order to see well.

Patience.

Is a wonderful gift.

A tool of many uses. For various body-mind needs.

We are all running around in circles not finding a moment rest. Practice teaches how to use your energy correctly. How to relax into ourselves, how to be present in that moment; any moment. Pleasant and less comforting.

Right now observe.

No past, no future, no stories, no identity, no bullshit, no gossip.

Just ourselves. Relaxing on the mat. Steady and comfortable.

We can learn how to find peace in the middle of a storm.

How many storms did we all live during our life? Some lived, some seen from aside, some heard of, some nonexistent even...

And so are we.
